Who We Are >> Wendy Whitehair-Lochner,
M.A
Wendy Whitehair-Lochner completed her undergraduate
work at Shepherd University in Health and Physical Education, with a
specialization in Motor Skill Development. She is the author of Perceptual
Motor Development for the Preschool Child. After 15 years in the private
sector as an international systems designer and trainer, she returned
to education. She obtained her Masters degree from West Virginia University.
As a classroom special education teacher she has received the Teaching
Excellence Award, serves on the School Leadership Team, Differentiated
Instruction Committee and Curriculum Committee. She has designed and
developed several systems such as the Online Student Assessment System(OSAS),
Testing Information Management System(TIMS), Special Education Information
Management System(SPED IMS). Mrs. Lochner designs and develops systems
from a teachers perspective. She is a member of the Council for Exceptional
Children, a Special Olympics coach, and women's basketball coach.
